1. How do I pay for a Cipzer purchase?
Cipzer offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that Cipzer’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
You may use Internet Banking, E-Gift Voucher (eGV), Cash on Delivery and Wallet to make your purchase.
Cipzer also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India and 21 other countries.
2. Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Cipzer?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Cipzer. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the seller policy. Please check individual seller for the same.
3. What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Cipzer, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is 50,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
4. How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
Internationally issued credit/debit cards cannot be used for Flyte, Wallet and eGV payments/top-ups.
5. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Cipzer?
Your online transaction on Cipzer is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. Cipzer uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
All credit card and debit card payments on Cipzer are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
6. What steps does Cipzer take to prevent card fraud?
Cipzer realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.
In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.
7. What is a 3D Secure password?
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “Mastercard SecureCode” services, respectively.
The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
8. How can I get the 3D Secure password for my credit/debit card?
You can register for the 3D Secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank’s website.
9. Can I use my bank’s Internet Banking feature to make a payment?
Yes. Cipzer offers you the convenience of using your bank’s Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.
10. Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment on Cipzer through my mobile?
Yes, you can make credit card payments through the Cipzer mobile site and application. Cipzer uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.
11. How does ‘Instant Cashback’ work?
The ‘Cashback’ offer is instant and exclusive to Cipzer. You only pay the final price you see in your shopping cart.
12. What is Cipzer’s Friendly Returns policy
At Cipzer, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible. Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us. You can conveniently initiate the return online or on our mobile app. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible. Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product and seller.
We assure you that all products sold on Cipzer are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.
Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange (only for Apparel and Footwear) or Refund in case we are unable to provide a Replacement/Exchange. All this is backed by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for sellers with Cipzer Advantage, 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for all other sellers for Fashion & Books categories, and 10 Day Replacement Guarantee for all other categories from other sellers. In any case, all your purchases on Cipzer are backed by Buyer Protection for 45 days from the date of delivery, in case you face any issues.
If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described’ by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller’s policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or color. All this again, at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller’s Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange.
Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
13. What is Cipzer’s Replacement Guarantee?
If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a replacement within 30 days of delivery from sellers with Cipzer Advantage or within 10 days of delivery from other Sellers.
Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.
14. What items can I Exchange?
We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice. We hope you understand that the product can only be used for trial and cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
15. When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
- Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
- Made-to-order / custom jewellery
- Fragile items, hygiene related items
16. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
17. Can I return part of my order?
Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
18. When are Refunds provided?
We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe.Refund will be given through bank (Credit in bank a/c), Duration of the refund is 60 days (depend on consignment return) for International customers.
Refunds are issued when
– Seller cannot provide replacement
– In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour
Seller allows Refunds on select categories under certain conditions. Please check with the individual Seller’s Returns Policy.
19. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?
Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement.
In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received.
If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation Procedure:-
Cancellation term for prepaid orders:-
Consumers only can cancel their orders within 24 hours from pre shipping and rise refund request in same duration by email or contact to our customer care unit. Post shipping order will be shipped for delivery.
As per the cancellation policy filled amount will be refund in 72 hours(credit in bank accounts) post confirmation of consumers.
Cancellation term for Cash On Delivery orders:-
Consumers can cancel their orders within 24 hours. Post shipping order will be shipped for delivery that will we depend on consumers wish to receive or will return from doorstep without break the seal of consignments.
